Cold Weather Safety - When winter is locked in around us, OSHA and other experts offers tips on things an employer can do to protect workers from cold weather.
But given that you can’t monitor everyone all the time, there’s only so much the organization can do in any safety situation. In the end, the responsibility for safety always falls on the individual worker. --Understand the risks of cold weather.
